Huda Makeup Studio -Terms and Conditions
1. Product Sourcing:
-
Huda Makeup Studio Pty Ltd only uses premium, professional-grade products sourced from reputable and internationally recognized brands within the beauty industry. While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality and suitability of the products used during services and training, it is important to clarify that all products remain the responsibility of their original manufacturers. Huda Makeup Studio does not manufacture these products and therefore does not take responsibility for their ingredients, formulation, production processes, or any reactions that may occur as a result of their use. Clients and students acknowledge that they are receiving a service involving third-party products and accept this condition prior to booking or attending.
2. Allergies and Sensitivities:
-
By booking an appointment, enrolling in a course, or attending any session with Huda Makeup Studio, you acknowledge and fully consent to the use and application of skincare, makeup, hair products, tools, and related materials during your service or training. It is your full responsibility to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, previous reactions, or concerns prior to your appointment or enrolment. Failure to disclose such information releases Huda Makeup Studio from any liability. Even where disclosure is made, Huda Makeup Studio cannot guarantee that reactions will not occur, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any irritation, allergic reaction, or adverse outcome resulting from product use.
3. Makeup Application:
-
Huda, with over 31 years of experience in the beauty and fashion industry, will apply makeup based on her professional judgment, taking into consideration your features, skin type, and overall look. Reference images may be provided; however, exact replication cannot be guaranteed. If a requested look is unrealistic, unsuitable, or not aligned with professional standards, Huda Makeup Studio reserves the right to adjust the approach and provide an alternative that better suits the individual.
4. Studio Entry and Guests:
-
Huda Makeup Studio operates as a private professional environment. Children, unpaid guests, friends, family members, or any additional persons are not permitted entry into the studio at any time unless prior written approval has been granted by our administrative team. This policy is in place to maintain professionalism, safety, hygiene, and focus within the studio environment. Any request to bring photographers, videographers, or third-party personnel must be approved in advance. Failure to comply with this policy may result in refusal of entry or cancellation of the session without refund.
5. Punctuality:
-
Clients and students are expected to respect the scheduled timing of their appointment or class. You are required to arrive on time or preferably five minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow smooth operation of services and to respect other clients and students. Any delay may result in reduced service time, incomplete services, or refusal of service if it interferes with the schedule of the studio. Huda Makeup Studio is not obligated to extend time or compensate for lateness, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided due to late arrival.
6. Respectful Behavior:
-
Respectful, professional, and courteous behavior towards Huda Makeup Studio, its team, clients, and students is mandatory at all times. Any form of disrespect, inappropriate language, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Huda Makeup Studio reserves the full right to immediately terminate services, enrollment, or remove any individual from the premises if such behavior occurs. In such cases, no refund, continuation, or compensation will be provided.
7. Studio Etiquette:
-
To maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional studio environment, outside food and drinks are not permitted within the studio. Huda Makeup Studio may provide complimentary refreshments such as water, coffee, or light snacks at its discretion; however, this is a courtesy and not a guaranteed service. All clients and students are expected to respect the cleanliness and setup of the studio at all times.
8. Rescheduling:
-
Huda Makeup Studio does not guarantee rescheduling of any appointment or course. Rescheduling may only be considered in the case of a serious and verifiable emergency, such as an accident or exceptional incident, and only where sufficient proof is provided and accepted by our team. Even in such cases, approval remains entirely at the sole discretion of Huda Makeup Studio. If approved, a one-time transfer to a future intake may be offered. This is not a right and cannot be requested based on convenience, change of mind, or personal preference. Any approved rescheduling must be used within the timeframe provided, and failure to attend will result in full forfeiture of the booking.
9. Filming and Photography:
-
By attending any appointment, course, or session, you acknowledge and consent to being filmed and photographed. All photos and videos captured remain the exclusive property of Huda Makeup Studio Pty Ltd and may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. If you wish to repost or use any content, you must obtain prior approval and provide proper credit. Any misuse of content, failure to credit, or unauthorized use may result in removal requests or further action.

-
Huda Makeup Studio Pty Ltd maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once any appointment, course, masterclass, workshop, full payment, initial payment, or deposit has been paid and a place has been secured, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal reasons, medical conditions, emergencies, travel issues, visa issues, work conflicts, financial changes, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete payment obligations.
-
When a booking is made, your place is reserved based on confirmed numbers, scheduling, staffing, travel arrangements, makeup kits, materials, certificates, venue allocations, and preparation carried out specifically for that intake, course, workshop, masterclass, or appointment.

Failure to complete the remaining balance by the required deadline, even if delayed by one (1) day only, will be treated as a cancellation and breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the student will automatically lose their secured place, lose any deposit or payments already made, and their position may immediately be offered to another student on the waiting list without further notice.
-
No refunds, transfers, credits, postponements, rescheduling, or movement into future courses, workshops, masterclasses, appointments, or alternative intakes will be provided under any circumstances. If you choose not to attend, fail to attend, fail to complete payment on time, or are unable to attend for any reason, you will lose your place and any payments made, and no refunds, credits, compensations, or replacement bookings will be provided.
